Stress Relieving Yoga

To end National Stress Awareness Week, please find below video of an online yoga class from Craig Moss’ wife, Heather. Following the closing of gyms and the importance of exercising, yoga has been proven to relieve stress by promoting relaxation- which is the opposite of stress! Yoga is a different sort of exercising which combines physical fitness with self- compassion and awareness. We hope that you enjoy the session!

What is Wellbeing?

While there’s no universal definition for wellbeing, we think of it as not only avoiding being unwell, but being healthy and feeling good physically, mentally and socially. When all three are as good as they can be you are more likely to feel positive and enjoy life. That’s why it’s so important to check how you’re doing across each of these areas – when you have problems in one, it can have a knock on impact on the others. At FCLG, we want you to feel your best as an individual so we can be our best as a team.
